Yep. It's Simon's on 16th Street.
They not only serve up one helluva potsticker....
.....they have the coldest beer bottles in town (cuz its been sitting in ice since noon).
Oh and the honey walnut prawns are to die for......and so are a couple of the bartender's....
....drinks.

This is one of my most favorite scenic views in downtown Sac!
